Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs seeks a Senior Retail Implementation & Delivery Lead to drive complex, customer-facing transformations across North America. This hands-on contributor role is remote from the US East Coast with 30%+ travel to the US and Canada.

You will lead software implementations from discovery to go-live, manage plans and risks, and translate fashion/apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams. Travel is regular.

Qualifications

Hands-on delivery of retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Experience leading fashion/apparel retail implementations.
Ability to move complex projects forward without large teams.
Excellent stakeholder management across multiple projects.
Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
