Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Senior Retail Delivery Consultant to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role, remote, US-based, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will manage end-to-end delivery from discovery to go-live, coordinating milestones and risks across several active customer projects, and turning fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail.
• Proven delivery of retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to move complex projects forward as an IC with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
• Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
