Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment and ability to move complex projects forward with limited teams.
• Experience managing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks, and issue resolution for multiple active projects.
• Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops and executive conversations during delivery reviews.
