Job summary

Epsilon, a leading data and identity partner within Publicis Groupe, seeks an Account Executive for Retail Data Solutions. You will manage a portfolio of ~30 accounts totaling about $2.5M in revenue and drive growth through consultative sales and cross‑selling data, identity, and analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience in data, digital marketing, identity, analytics, or MarTech.
• Strong understanding of the retail ecosystem (brick-and-mortar and e-commerce).
• Ability to translate data assets into client recommendations.
• Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Proficiency with executive-level storytelling and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand retail accounts, driving new revenue through renewals and cross-sell.
• Serve as executive point-of-contact for C‑Suite and marketing leaders to drive proposals and negotiations.
• Translate data into value with compelling, value-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Delivery to ensure data compliance and smooth service execution.
• Influence quarterly and annual plans by providing market feedback to leadership.
• Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and deepen technical proficiency in internal operations.
