Job summary

Epsilon, a global leader in data and identity and part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an entry-level team member to support clients and sales with multiple projects. You’ll receive training on our systems, processes, and best practices while maintaining a customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail.

In this role you’ll collaborate with internal delivery teams to turn campaign goals into audience solutions, ensuring quality and timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role (e.g., restaurants, hospitality, call centers, retail, or customer support).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work under deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute count / order parameters to client/sales specifications using proprietary systems.
• Quality control of all projects using prescribed verification processes.
• Meet and maintain departmental quality KPIs.
• Finance administration / internal billing support and SOX compliance.
• Timely execution of deliverables meeting or exceeding deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of industry, systems, processes, and products in a changing environment.
• Participate in training sessions to supplement required technical knowledge.
• Manage and prioritize assigned workload.
• Apply and maintain privacy and data security standards.
• Work on process improvements.
