Job summary

Epsilon is seeking an Advisor, Retail Data Solutions in the Chicago area to drive revenue growth through consultative sales and strategic account management. You will manage ~30 accounts totaling about $3M in revenue, collaborating across Data Strategy, Product, Legal, and Delivery teams to deliver omni-channel solutions.

Annual travel may be up to 25%. You will engage with C-Suite and marketing leaders, shaping multi-year partnerships and leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of enterprise sales experience in data, digital marketing, identity, analytics, or MarTech with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of the retail ecosystem to assess risks, identify growth, and align solutions with client objectives.
• Ability to translate data assets into clear, actionable client recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand ~30 retail accounts, driving new revenue through renewals and cross-selling data, identity, and analytics solutions.
• Executive owner for C-Suite and marketing leaders, guiding discovery, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Translate Data into Value with executive storytelling that supports client goals.
