Job summary

Epsilon, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a dynamic sales leader to drive growth in media and advertising solutions. You will lead territorial and account-based initiatives, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and close high-value deals while aligning with clients’ objectives.

With 7+ years in sales and a track record in media, you will craft compelling presentations and negotiate favorable contracts to maintain Epsilon’s leadership in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years in sales with new business development/new logo experience.
• Proven revenue growth in media and advertising.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales initiatives within a geographic or account-based territory to generate new business.
• Lead accounts, deliver tailored presentations, and close multiple high-value deals yearly.
• Build consultative relationships with decision-makers to position Epsilon as a strategic partner.
