Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in owner's representative, program/project management, or in-house corporate real estate roles.
• Experience supporting premium interior construction; strong governance and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio workplans, milestones, risks, and interdependencies; drive milestone compliance.
• Run program cadence meetings with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Prepare executive-ready status updates, memos, and briefing materials; maintain dashboards.
