Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of retail financial sector projects, including renovations, new builds and facility upgrades. You will manage budgets, schedules, and risks across multiple sites, coordinating with designers, architects, and Owner Vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality results.

The role requires 7–10 years of project management experience in commercial construction, with 5+ years in financial services/retail banking projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
• LEED AP certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of retail financial sector projects including renovations, new builds and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks and change orders across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, operations staff and clients to ensure high quality outcomes.
