Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• A relevant banking qualification is a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all branch staff, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
