Job summary

Alo Architecture + Design is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of 10-15 retail projects from feasibility through construction documentation and completion. You will bridge architecture, real estate, and construction, protecting design intent while navigating landlord negotiations and value engineering.

The role requires balancing global design direction with local market conditions, ensuring on-brand execution and excellent project controls across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 10-15 years of design and project management experience in retail/hospitality/multi-site environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel and Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and documentation.
• Solid understanding of ADA compliance and building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with leadership, landlords, and consultants.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and landlords.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full design, development and admin life-cycle for 10-15 retail projects.
• Develop schedules, milestones and risk logs; mitigate delays.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with design, real estate, construction, and brand teams.
• Lead design leadership, ensuring brand standards and design intent are maintained.
