Job summary

Alo Architecture + Design is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of 10–15 retail projects from feasibility through completion. You will bridge architecture, real estate, and construction, upholding design intent while navigating landlord negotiations and value engineering.

The role requires a seasoned leader who can drive schedules, coordinate internal teams, and maintain Alo’s brand standards across markets and stages of development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
• 10–15 years of design and project management experience, retail/hospitality or high-volume multi-site preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Excel, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, documentation, and ADA/building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, development, and administration lifecycle for 10–15 retail projects concurrently.
• Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and risk logs; flag delays early.
• Coordinate across design, real estate, construction, visual merchandising, and brand teams.
• Ensure design intent is protected through landlord negotiations and VE with field compliance.
• Lead consultants and review submittals to maintain Alo brand standards.
