Job summary

Alo is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the planning and buildout of assigned retail projects across North America. You will oversee General Contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

The role requires 6–8 years of PM experience in specialty retail, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Up to 30% travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of project management experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in various stages of development.
• Knowledge of labor and material costs, and best practices in the retail construction industry.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written format.
• Experience with Project Management Software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid).

Responsibilities

• Full life-cycle project management of assigned retail projects across North America (up to 10/year).
• Align with Real Estate, Store Design, and leadership to define milestones and schedule.
• Review and assist with negotiation of Landlord Work Letters prior to lease execution.
• Attend Landlord Kick-off calls to ensure alignment on LL work and requirements.
• Partner with Store Design and Expeditors to prepare documents for Building Departments.
