Job summary

MMA is a full-service Architectural, Planning, and Design firm focused on retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. We seek a senior architect with 10–15 years of experience to lead complex projects, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver plans that meet code and client objectives.

The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in REVIT and ACAD, sound detailing knowledge for wood, concrete and steel, and strong communication with clients, contractors, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in retail / commercial projects.
• Proficiency in REVIT and ACAD.
• Knowledge of Acrobat and Blue Beam.
• Strong knowledge of wood, concrete, and steel detailing.
• Experience with multi-story buildings including parking structures, subterranean and deck parking.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors and officials.
• Strong knowledge of codes and regulations.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects.
• Budgeting, proposals, contracts, billing, and scheduling.
• Address RFIs, shop drawings, site observations.
• Submit plans to municipalities and liaise with plan check engineers.
• Manage client accounts and coordinate marketing for future projects.
