Job summary

ALO Architecture + Design is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of 10–15 retail projects from feasibility through documentation, construction, and completion. You will bridge architecture, real estate, and construction, protecting design intent through landlord negotiations and value engineering while maintaining Alo’s design standards.

You will manage a diverse, multi-market portfolio, ensuring on-brand, high-quality outcomes with meticulous attention to construction details

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required.
10–15 years of design and project management experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or multi-site contexts.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel and MS Project.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and documentation, plus ADA compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage the full design, development, and administration lifecycle for a portfolio of 10–15 retail projects from feasibility through construction administration.
Build and maintain preliminary project schedules, milestones, and risk logs with proactive mitigation.
Lead cross-functional coordination across internal design, real estate, construction, visual merchandising, and brand teams.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects and bring solutions to leadership.
