Job summary

Epicor Software Corp is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Retail to own the strategy and revenue across a portfolio of national retail customers, including large multi-location accounts. You will build executive relationships, develop account plans, and position Epicor ERP solutions against customer priorities.

You will lead multi-product upsell, manage forecast and pipeline in Salesforce, coordinate cross-functional teams, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years of applicable sales or account-management experience in B2B software or SaaS.
Experience managing large national or enterprise retail accounts and complex deals.
Demonstrated ability to meet revenue, retention, or expansion objectives.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales and account-management lifecycle for national/enterprise retail customers.
Build executive relationships with sponsors, buyers, and IT/operations stakeholders.
Develop annual and multi-year account plans identifying growth priorities and risks.
Translate objectives into Epicor solutions across ERP, POS, inventory, merchandising, and more.
Lead complex deal strategy including ROI analysis, pricing, and negotiations.
Drive multi-product upsell and SaaS expansion while protecting customer value.
Maintain pipeline, forecast, and account data in CRM; analyze market trends.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver commitments and resolve issues.
