Epicor Software Corp in the United States is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnership Executive for Retail to lead strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth across key retail accounts. You will manage partner relationships, oversee program delivery, and develop account-specific growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include conducting business reviews, defining metrics, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced ERP

Qualifications

• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a distributed retail environment.
• Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales, develop and maintain strong relationship throughout the account's organization.
• Manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions being provided by Epicor.
• Develop key goals and metrics for each account, measure and report on them monthly or quarterly.
• Define and implement programs that support defined objectives
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalation as needed.
• Manage contracts, billing, rebates (if applicable) - provide Epicor management time to respond to contract renewals and price change options
• Hold at a minimum quarterly meeting with each account.
• Work with customers to ensure Epicor retail products are being utilized effectively and efficiently.
• Support implements an annual operating plan process.
