Epicor is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own strategy and revenue for a portfolio of national retail accounts. This role builds executive-level partnerships, develops multi-year plans, and drives profitable growth across Epicor ERP and related software solutions.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, lead complex deals, and maintain robust pipeline in Salesforce, delivering measurable business value for large retailers and buying groups.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Own the full sales and account-management lifecycle for national/enterprise retail customers, including planning and expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, buyers, category leaders, IT and operations stakeholders.
• Develop annual and multi-year account plans identifying growth priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Translate retail objectives into Epicor ERP and related solutions including ERP, POS, inventory, merchandising, pricing, distribution, ecommerce, CRM, analytics, and integrations.
• Lead complex deal strategy: discovery, positioning, ROI, pricing, negotiations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive multi-product upsell, cross-sell, SaaS expansion while protecting account health and value.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast, activity, and account data in Salesforce; analyze trends to prioritize actions.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
