Job summary

Epicor seeks a Senior Strategic Partnership Executive, Retail, to manage partner accounts and develop new key retail alliances, generating leads and revenue growth. You will review strategic accounts to boost satisfaction and identify opportunities for revenue expansion.

You will work with Sales to build strong cross‑organizational relationships, manage delivery projects, and define metrics. This role requires a proactive, high‑energy mindset and a passion for technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success in the retail space.
• 5+ years of specialized ERP industry experience.
• Familiarity with Ace or similar Epicor customers is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships across the account’s organization.
• Manage projects to deliver Epicor solutions on time.
• Set goals and metrics for each account and report regularly.
• Define programs to hit defined objectives.
• Assist with high severity requests or escalations.
• Oversee contracts and billing; support renewals and price changes.
• Hold quarterly business reviews with each account.
• Ensure Epicor retail products are used effectively.
• Support annual operating plan processes.
