Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration in the Omaha and Lincoln metro areas is seeking a Lead Technician II to set the standard for technical quality and mentorship on our crew. You will lead complex restoration jobs, train junior techs, and serve as the on-site technical authority while ensuring compliance with IICRC standards.

This hands-on role requires 5+ years in water, fire, and mold restoration, WRT/AMRT certifications, strong communication, and the ability to guide a team through insurance-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on restoration experience in water, fire or mold repair.
• IICRC WRT and AMRT certifications are required.
• Ability to lead and train other technicians.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead water, fire, and mold restoration jobs from start to finish.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on-site.
• Serve as the on-site technical authority for complex jobs.
• Coordinate with adjusters, GCs, and homeowners on status and scope.
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, and proper documentation.
