Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Omaha-Lincoln is seeking a Lead Technician II to act as the on-site technical authority. You’ll run complex restoration projects, train and mentor junior technicians, and ensure each job meets IICRC standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration crews and managing on-site projects.
• Ability to train and mentor junior technicians to maintain quality.
• Familiarity with IICRC standards and insurance documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead water, fire, and mold remediation jobs from start to finish.
• Operate moisture meters, air movers, dehumidifiers, and containment setups.
• Oversee Xactimate-based scoping and documentation for insurance claims.
• Train, mentor, and quality-check junior technicians in the field.
• Serve as the on-site technical authority for complex or high-value jobs.
• Maintain communication with adjusters, GCs, and homeowners on status.
