Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Omaha-Lincoln is seeking a Lead Technician II to run complex restoration projects, mentor junior technicians, and serve as the on-site technical authority, ensuring IICRC standards and company quality.

You'll coordinate with the Operations Manager, document work orders, calibrate equipment, and oversee safety, insurance documentation, and cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration projects on-site.
• Knowledge of IICRC standards and insurance documentation.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead water, fire, and mold remediation jobs from assessment to completion.
• Operate and calibrate moisture-mapping equipment and containment setups.
• Prepare and manage Xactimate-based scopes for insurance claims.
• Train and quality-check junior technicians on-site.
• Act as technical authority for complex restorations and communicate with adjusters.
