Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Lead Technician II to run complex restoration jobs on-site in the Lincoln metro area, training junior techs and serving as the technical escalation point. You will ensure adherence to IICRC standards and overall quality.

You'll coordinate with the Operations Manager to manage job scope, documentation, and safety, while delivering exceptional client service and meticulous on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration jobs and coordinating teams on-site.
• IICRC certification or equivalent restoration credentials preferred.
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities for junior technicians.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lincoln/Omaha metro and coordinate with operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead water, fire, and mold restoration projects from assessment to completion.
• Operate and calibrate moisture-mapping equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and containment setups.
• Perform Xactimate-based scoping and documentation for insurance claims.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Serve as on-site technical authority for complex or high-value jobs.
• Maintain clear communication with adjusters, GCs, and homeowners.
