Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking an experienced Lead Restoration Technician to oversee restoration, mitigation, and reconstruction projects resulting from water, fire, mold, and storm damage. You will lead field crews, coordinate daily job site activities, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in water damage restorations, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and holds or is pursuing IICRC certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in water damage restorations, with demonstrated expertise in mitigation techniques.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration projects.
• IICRC certification preferred or required where applicable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restoration crews on residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct assessments of water damage, identify sources, and determine extent of damage.
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, demolition, and reconstruction activities.
• Develop mitigation plans to minimize further damage and restore properties to pre-loss condition.
• Coordinate with managers and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Train junior technicians in restoration techniques and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
