Job summary

Restoration Management Company in Grapevine, TX, is seeking a Project Director to oversee multiple restoration projects, directing lead technicians and superintendents in the production phase. This role reports to the Regional Director and coordinates with several departments.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license, experience in commercial mitigation/construction, strong estimating, and proficiency with Xactimate and Microsoft Office. Focus on safety and travel to sites required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with driving record in good standing.
• Extensive knowledge in construction estimating.
• Proven experience managing large projects in commercial mitigation and construction.
• Time & material billing concepts.
• Marketing services to generate new or existing business.
• Basic safety standards and work practices knowledge.
• Leadership and ability to lead crews and communicate at all levels.
• Certification desirable; IICRC training in progress.
• Ability to generate reports using Microsoft Suite products and Xactimate.
• Cost containment and risk management basics.
• Experience in effective communications, coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple large scope projects, simultaneously, from beginning until completion.
• Develops estimates for construction and mitigation projects.
• Reviews and approves time and material billing ensuring all billable job costs are captured.
• Maintains business contacts and sources new business for generating new work.
• Prepares work orders for scheduling and disseminates to responsible parties.
• Conducts inspections of jobs and recommends further work to adjusters or clients.
• Tracks project plans and adjusts to meet schedules.
• Gathers and reviews documents to ensure timely customer invoicing.
• Communicates with adjusters, customers, coworkers and contractors.
• Markets company services to adjusters/customers; collaborates on bids.
• Performs loss site inspection to determine damages for bids.
• Supports safe workplace policies and promotes adherence.
