Haselden Construction is seeking a Project Director to lead business development from lead generation to project closeout. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and other required repairs while guiding project teams to meet budgets and schedules.

The role requires 5-7 years of restoration project leadership, proficiency with Xactimate, and strong sales acumen to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years as a Project Director in the restoration industry.
• Experience in contract negotiation and execution.
• Proficient with Xactimate and/or related estimating software.
• The candidate must have strong sales acumen.

Responsibilities

• Source, manage, and close sales leads from both personal and company referrals.
• Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including project managers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, correct issues, and ensure alignment with project goals and commitments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure clear and consistent communication.
• Develop and manage project budgets to ensure costs are controlled and within approved limits.
• Meet or exceed profitability and sales goals.
• Host and attend customer events to develop and foster client relationships.
