Job summary

Restoration Management Company in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Project Director to oversee multiple claims and restoration jobs, directing lead technicians and superintendents in the production phase. The role reports to the Regional Director and collaborates across departments.

You will manage complex projects, develop estimates, review billings, market services, and prepare bids for adjusters, while supporting safety and process improvements throughout the site.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Proven experience managing large commercial mitigation/construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating.
• Experience in time-and-material billing.
• Experience marketing services to generate new or existing business.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards; OSHA/industry certifications desirable.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple large projects from start to finish.
• Develops construction and mitigation estimates.
• Reviews billing to ensure all costs are captured.
• Sources new business and maintains client relationships.
• Prepares work orders and schedules, assigns responsibilities.
• Oversees site inspections and bid preparation for adjusters.
• Ensures timely invoicing and reporting.
