This role requires at least 3 years of industry experience and offers a competitive salary between $85,000 and $115,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in construction or restoration.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, including crews and schedules.
• Prepare budgets, estimates, and scopes of work; maintain profit margins.
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, safety, and documentation.
• Review and approve subcontractor proposals and change orders.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
• Maintain client deliverables and project records.

Skills

Leadership experience in construction/restoration
