This client-facing role owns scope development, estimate accuracy, customer communication, financial outcomes, and project direction with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years restoration or construction experience.
• 2–3 years as Estimator or Project Manager on large-loss projects.
• Experience with commercial/industrial projects and mitigation.
• Familiarity with industry practices and building codes.

Responsabilités

• Estimating and project oversight, developing detailed scopes of work.
• Validate scopes with insurance adjusters and owners prior to work.
• Ensure adherence to codes, standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to handoff jobs, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage payments, progress billing, and profitability impacts.
