Job summary

Restoration Management Company seeks a Project Supervisor in Grapevine, TX to take direction from the Project Manager, ensuring jobs are scheduled and completed on time, and to oversee branch warehouse, vehicles and job sites.

The role requires leading crews, coordinating with Project Coordinators, maintaining safety and reporting status to management, with travel as needed in-state or out-of-state.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews (8+).
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel intra- or out-of-state as needed.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing production phase of a job under Project Manager.
• Conduct job site visits and quality checks of crews.
• Review schedules with Project Manager for staffing, equipment, and timelines.
• Order and maintain supplies as directed by Branch/Department Manager.
• Coordinate crews and oversee completion of work per schedule.
• Support Project Coordinators and dispatch during peak times.
