Qualifications

• 5+ years of restoration, mitigation, or related field.
• 3+ years in a management role with P&L responsibility.
• IICRC WRT certification; additional certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with Xactimate, moisture meters, and thermal imaging.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day NH operations ensuring quality and safety.
• Manage daily WIP meetings and on-call rotation; optimize scheduling.
• Own P&L for NH Team JRF locations; drive revenue and margins.
• Develop and maintain commercial BD activities with property managers and insurers.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews for NH teams.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and maintain certification documentation.
• Present data-driven analysis and action plans to leadership.
