You will manage teams, optimize field workflows, and develop commercial relationships with property managers, insurers, and municipal partners. This senior leadership role requires a credible restoration professional with strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration operations teams
• P&L ownership and financial management
• Strong leadership and change-management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across NH locations, ensuring quality, safety and process consistency
• Manage scheduling, on-call rotation, and ensure accurate billing and profitability
• Define and implement policies across mitigation divisions; ensure brand standards and OSHA compliance
• Develop and maintain emergency plans and coordinate with senior leadership for cross-location alignment
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as revenue, gross margin, and net profitability
