Job summary

SERVPRO Team JRF in Manchester, NH seeks an experienced Restoration Operations Manager to lead NH locations, own P&L, and drive profitability through strong team leadership and strategic operations.

You will oversee daily operations, build a commercial growth plan targeting property managers, insurers, and municipal accounts, and ensure brand standards, safety, and regulatory compliance across all mitigation activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restoration, mitigation, or related field with leadership experience.
• 3+ years in a management role with P&L responsibility.
• IICRC WRT certification; additional certifications preferred (ASD, FSRT, AMRT, OCT).
• Ability to read P&L, manage costs, and drive profitability.
• Strong technical knowledge of water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation.
• Proficiency with restoration tech and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for NH locations and drive profitability.
• Oversee NH operations, ensure quality, safety, and processes.
• Manage procurement, equipment inventory, and resource allocation.
• Develop commercial business development to build a $1M pipeline.
• Recruit, hire, and develop production teams and managers.
• Maintain OSHA/EPA compliance and safety programs.
• Coordinate with GM and executive leadership across locations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure continuity of operations.
