Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Phoenix is seeking an Experienced Restoration Estimator to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. You will conduct on-site assessments of water, fire, smoke, and mold damage and develop accurate restoration estimates to help homeowners and businesses recover quickly.

Using Xactimate or similar software, you will prepare detailed scopes of work, communicate with insurance adjusters and clients, and collaborate with production teams to align timelines and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of restoration estimating experience.
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software.
• Solid understanding of insurance claims processes.
• IICRC certification (WRT/ASD) is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments of water, fire, smoke, and mold damage to develop accurate restoration estimates
• Prepare detailed scopes of work using industry-standard estimating software (Xactimate or similar)
• Communicate and negotiate estimates with insurance adjusters, property owners, and project managers
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure estimates align with project timelines and resources
• Document job site conditions with photos, measurements, and written reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and clients
• Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as scope changes arise throughout the restoration process
