Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Phoenix is seeking an Experienced Restoration Estimator in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform on-site assessments, develop detailed estimates, and prepare scopes of work using Xactimate or similar software.

The role involves negotiating with insurers and clients, collaborating with production teams, and documenting conditions with photos and reports. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in restoration estimating, strong communication, and knowledge of insurance

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of restoration estimating experience.
Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software.
IICRC certification (WRT/ASD or similar) is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with insurers and clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site assessments of water, fire, smoke, and mold damage to develop estimates.
Prepare scopes of work using estimating software (Xactimate or similar).
Communicate and negotiate estimates with insurance adjusters and clients.
Collaborate with production teams to align estimates with timelines and resources.
Document site conditions with photos, measurements, and reports.
Build relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and clients.
Monitor costs and adjust estimates as scope changes occur.
