Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Phoenix is seeking an Experienced Restoration Estimator to join our Phoenix team. You will assess water, fire, mold damage on-site and develop accurate restoration estimates.

You will use Xactimate to prepare scopes of work, negotiate with insurers and owners, and coordinate with production to align timelines and costs. We value detail-oriented professionals who communicate clearly and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in restoration estimating (water, fire, mold, or storm damage).
• Proficient in Xactimate estimating software.
• Solid understanding of insurance claims and property restoration standards.
• IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation with adjusters and clients.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Communicate and negotiate estimates with insurance adjusters, property owners, and project managers
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure estimates align with project timelines and resources
• Document job site conditions with photos, measurements, and written reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and clients
• Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as scope changes arise throughout the restoration process

Requirements:
