Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Phoenix is seeking an Experienced Restoration Estimator in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform on-site assessments, develop detailed estimates, and prepare scopes of work using Xactimate or similar software.

The role involves negotiating with insurers and clients, collaborating with production teams, and documenting conditions with photos and reports. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in restoration estimating, strong communication, and knowledge of insurance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of restoration estimating experience.
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software.
• IICRC certification (WRT/ASD or similar) is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with insurers and clients.

• Prepare detailed scopes of work using industry-standard estimating software (Xactimate or similar)
• Communicate and negotiate estimates with insurance adjusters, property owners, and project managers
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure estimates align with project timelines and resources
• Document job site conditions with photos, measurements, and written reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and clients
• Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as scope changes arise throughout the restoration process

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restoration estimating (water, fire, mold, or storm damage)
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software
• Solid understanding of insurance claims processes and property restoration industry standards
• IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, or similar) is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with adjusters and clients
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
