Qualifications

• Must have prior restoration estimation experience and Xactimate proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Site Assessment: virtual inspections and on-site assessment to document conditions for accurate estimates.
• Prepare Estimates: create parameters, sketches, write and review estimates, and upload to adjusters and clients.
• Bid Preparation: gather subcontractor bids and prepare for carriers.
• Communication: update adjusters and programs, notify project managers of estimate status and approvals.
• Marketing assistance: support marketing material drops and events.
• Continuous Improvement: participate in ongoing training and provide feedback on estimation processes.
• On-call staff rotation: after-hours calls and meetings for emergency losses and program claims, document damages and coordinate crews.
