Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Phoenix is seeking an Experienced Restoration Estimator to join our growing Phoenix team. This role helps homeowners and businesses recover from damage by delivering precise estimates and clear scopes of work.

You will perform on-site assessments, use Xactimate, and coordinate with insurance adjusters, project managers, and production teams to keep jobs on track while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restoration estimating experience (water, fire, mold, or storm damage).
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software.
• Solid understanding of insurance claims processes and restoration standards.
• IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation with adjusters and clients.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments to develop accurate restoration estimates.
• Prepare detailed scopes of work using Xactimate or similar software.
• Communicate and negotiate estimates with insurance adjusters, owners, and PMs.
• Collaborate with production teams to align estimates with timelines and resources.
• Document job site conditions with photos, measurements, and reports.
• Build relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and clients.
• Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as scope changes.
