Job summary

ezCater is seeking a Senior Restaurant Business Partner to cultivate strategic enterprise partnerships with restaurant partners and drive shared growth. You will translate partner needs into actionable plans and optimize performance with data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align goals, deliver exceptional partner experiences, and influence decisions across levels. This role supports a remote/hybrid work model in the US.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience partnering with and managing top-tier partners or accounts; experience with restaurant operations, final mile delivery, or e-commerce logistics preferred.
• Track record of building internal and external relationships delivering business impact through collaboration, negotiation, and problem solving.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and distill into clear recommendations; proficient with analytical tools such as Tableau, Sigma, and Excel.
• Executive verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and build trust with contacts at all levels within a portfolio of enterprise restaurant partners.
• Translate partner needs into ezCater opportunities, creating strategies for exceptional experiences and shared growth.
• Assess, validate, and optimize partner performance, enabling joint problem solving and accountability.
• Translate priorities into actionable direction for stakeholders from C-level to store managers.
