ezCater is looking for a Restaurant Business Partner to engage catering partners on our platform and ensure reliable operations and top-notch service. You will be a consultative liaison, helping partners unlock growth on ezCater's platform while fitting their business operations.

You will build relationships with senior contacts, use data to guide recommendations, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to drive partner success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience partnering with and managing external vendors or accounts.
• Experience with restaurant operations, final mile delivery, or e-commerce logistics.
• Proficient using data to inform recommendations; Excel/Tableau/Sigma experience.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication.
• Track record of achieving shared outcomes internally and externally.
• Active listening and emotional intelligence to understand partner needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage and establish relationships with high-level contacts across partner accounts to drive action.
• Understand each partner's business and create growth strategies.
• Assess opportunities using performance data and feedback loops.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on partner metrics and insights.
• Leverage data to identify trends and guide solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to support partner growth.
