Job summary

ezCater, the #1 food tech platform for workplaces in the US, is hiring a Sr. Restaurant Business Partner. You will build trusted partnerships with enterprise restaurant partners, aligning growth goals with operational excellence.

You’ll translate partner needs into ezCater opportunities, analyze performance data, and present insights to executives and store managers. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive shared success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years partnering with top-tier partners or accounts.
• Experience with restaurant operations, delivery, or e-commerce logistics preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate into recommendations.
• Executive verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience resolving conflicts and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with contacts at ezCater’s enterprise partners.
• Translate partner needs into ezCater opportunities and strategies.
• Assess and optimize partner performance using data-driven insights.
• Present insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to drive alignment.
