Job summary

CHOPT is hiring a Sr. Assistant Manager in Mamaroneck, NY. You will support the restaurant and General Manager by fostering a positive work environment, prioritizing exceptional customer service, and coaching hourly staff.

You will ensure food safety, manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering, and help develop trainers to strengthen our talent pipeline. Qualified candidates have restaurant management or supervisory experience, ServSafe certification, strong communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information.
• Skill in using a computer and/or tablet.
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
