Job summary

CHOPT is seeking a Sr. Assistant Manager to support the restaurant and General Manager. Compensation starts at $20.00–$23.50 per hour and requires 45 hours per week, with OT possible as business needs dictate.

Qualified candidates have restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification, and strong communication skills. You will train staff, ensure food safety, and help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information
• Skill in using a computer and/or tablet
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
• Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds
