CHOPT Creative Salad Co. in Paramus, NJ is hiring a Sr. Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead daily operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

You will coach hourly staff, drive exceptional service, ensure food safety, manage scheduling and inventory, and help train future leaders as the brand grows in communities across the area. The role offers a base hourly wage of $20.00-$23.50, 45 hours per week with overtime potential, and a benefits-minded culture that values

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and city/state food safety certifications.
• Clear communication with customers and employees.
• Computer and/or tablet proficiency.
• Dexterity for cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
• Ability to move items up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
