Job summary

CHOPT Creative Salad Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Roslyn Heights, NY to support the General Manager and lead a high-energy team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, staff development, and adherence to food safety standards, while managing daily operations and guest experiences.

You will participate in a 5-week Management in Training program and then pursue a year-long development path to build leadership and operational skills for career growth with CHOPT.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information.
• Skill in using a computer and/or tablet.
• Manual dexterity to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
• Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds.
