CHOPT Creative Salad Co. in Westlake, OH is seeking a Sr. Assistant Manager to support the restaurant and General Manager with daily operations, staff development, and exceptional guest service.

You will help coach hourly staff, ensure food safety, and protect the CHOPT brand as part of a growth-oriented leadership team. The role starts with a five-week Management in Training, followed by a year-long development path designed to build leadership and operational skills for career advancement

Formación

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information
• Skill in using a computer and/or tablet
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
• Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds

• Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering.
