Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years restaurant management experience in full-service, high-volume settings.
• Demonstrated track record of strong leadership and ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to achieve positive financial results at restaurant level.
• High-level organizational skills with multi-task capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support management and hourly staff to uphold ARP quality standards and culture.
• Manage profitability through effective financial oversight and cost controls.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and food quality in line with ARP procedures.
• Develop and coach Restaurant Management Team and hourly staff to strengthen talent pipeline.
• Ensure proper staffing, training, attire, and guest experience across all service areas.
• Oversee operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory processes.
• Protect brand integrity and coordinate with leadership on new openings as needed.
