Zaytinya NYC, a part of Jose Andrés Group, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead the service team and deliver a world-class dining experience. You’ll own the restaurant’s daily operations, drive profitability, and uphold exceptional hospitality with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Requirements include 2+ years in restaurant management and 5+ years in the industry, strong communication, and experience in upscale dining. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is required.

Formación

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• 5+ years of restaurant experience overall.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in upscale or fine dining environments.
• Ability to supervise, train and motivate multiple levels of staff.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, coach and consistently execute service standards.
• Be on the floor during peak service times to impact service.
• Guide a smooth shift and earn staff confidence.
• Maintain gracious hospitality and professional interactions.
