Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• 5+ years of restaurant experience
• Developed communication skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate multiple levels of employees

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the service team to deliver world-class dining experiences
• Develop and mentor hourly staff; provide timely feedback and training
• Lead by example and uphold JAG culture through positive leadership
• Manage daily operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Control service labor, scheduling and payroll; optimize profitability
